Melville, Robert, M.A., Magdalen Coll., Oxon, 1864, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 20 Jan., 1860 (then aged 18), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1864 (only son of Michael Linning Melville, of Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law, formerly a judge at Sierra Leone); born , 1842; married 28 May, 1870, Agnes, eldest dau. of Lt.-Col. George Woodfall, of Bath, and has issue.
