Milman, Arthur, M.A. Christ Church, Oxon, B.A. (late student) 1850, registrar of the univ. of London since 1879, assistant registrar and librarian 1873-9, commissary of the dean and chapter of St. Paul's since 1869, a student of the Inner Temple 14 April, 1848 (then aged 19), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1853 (2nd son of Very Rev. Henry Hart Milman, late dean of St. Paul's, London, dec.); born 10 Jan., 1829; married 6 April, 1872, Frances Mary, 2nd dau. of John Laurence Tatham, Esq., a bencher of Gray's Inn, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
