Chapter 48.—94.  Junius of Neapolis[1] said:  "I do not depart from the judgment which we once pronounced, that we should baptize heretics on their coming to the Church."[2]

95.  Since this man has adduced no argument nor proof from the Scriptures, he need not detain us long.
