Re: Accession of the Kingdom of Siam to the International Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, done at Berne in September 1886, revised at Berlin on 13 November 1908, and completed by an Additional Protocol signed at Berne on 20 March 1914
The Secretary for Foreign Affairs has been commanded by His Majesty to announce for general information as follows:
After His Majesty permitted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to arrange for His Government to accede to the International Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, done at Berne in September 1886, revised at Berlin on 13 November 1908, and completed by an Additional Protocol signed at Berne on 20 March 1914;
