Now, the Siamese Minister in London has filed a letter from the Secretary for Foreign Affairs with the Swiss Government, the depository of this Convention, informing it of the intention of His Majesty’s Government to accede to the said International Convention, and the Swiss Government has informed other state parties of this very matter since the 17th day of July 2474 Buddhist Era;[1]

Therefore, the aforementioned International Convention has entered into operation between the Kingdom of Siam and the state parties specified in the schedule hereto annexed from the 17th day of July 2474 Buddhist Era onwards.
