Accordingly, the Government informed Him that He should stay in Bangkok Metropolis and receive His treatment from physicians invited from foreign countries. However, He made a resolute decision that He needed to receive His treatment abroad, a decision which the Government had to follow.
During His stay in a foreign country for the treatment of His eyes, the Government had always been in contact with Him without any obstruction of whatever nature, until the Government presented Him with the draft of the Estate and Inheritance Taxes Act, 2476 Buddhist Era, according to the resolution of the House of People's Representatives, in order that He would sign it into law,
