Regulation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs
Issued in accordance with the dispositions of section 20
of the Epidemics of Livestock and Beasts of Burden Act,
2474 Buddhist Era
By virtue of the power under the dispositions of section 20 of the Epidemics of Livestock and Beasts of Burden Act, 2474 BE, the Minister of Economic Affairs issues the following Regulation:
Chapter 1
General provisions
Article1.In this Ministerial Regulation, save where the text indicates otherwise—
"Act" means the Epidemics of Livestock and Beasts of Burden Act, 2474 BE;
"designated" means designated by the Act or this Regulation.
Article2.There shall be veterinary officers in the localities where the Act is in application, and in all the import ports, export ports, animal quarantines, train stations for loading and unloading of animals, and at the head-
