(2)monetary benefits and fees obtained by the University, which the University shall be permitted to keep and manage by itself;

(3)other money and property dedicated to the University, which the University shall keep and manage in a manner it finds appropriate for its interest, subject to the conditions, rules, or objectives designated by the dedicators.

Chapter 1
Administrative affairs and staff of the University

Section8.This University shall be under the control of a University Council.

The University Council consists of—

(a)ex officio member, namely, the Minister of Public Instruction, the President of the University, the deans of the faculties, and the heads of the independent sections;

(b)members elected from amongst the professors or instructors heading the sections of the faculties, one or two per each faculty as the University Council may decide;
