(1)having a degree not lower than a doctor's degree from this University or an equivalent; or
(2)having a degree not lower than a bachelor's degree from this University or an equivalent, and having served as a member of the staff of this University or public servant for not less than five years.
The President of the University shall be in his position for two years, but he may be restored to such position for two more years at a time.
Section17.The University President has the following duties:
(1)to oversee the education in the University so that it be in line with the Act and the rules of the University;
(2)to accept to provide counsel and opinions to deans of faculties;
(3)to oversee the finance, supplies, places, an other property of the University;
(4)to maintain the discipline of the University.
Section18.The Secretary General of the University Council must have a degree not lower than a bachelor's degree from this University or an equivalent and must have worked in this University for not less than five years.
