(3)all other laws, statutes, and regulations of which the contents are contrary to this Penal Code.
Section 4
This Penal Code does not nullify the laws specifically applicable to the Courts of the Ministry of the Royal Household, the Courts of the Ministry of Public Instruction, the Army Courts, and the Navy Courts.
