In this respect, the chief officer responsible for the resolution of the state of emergency may, as he deems appropriate, designate time clauses governing the carrying out of the ordinance or conditions governing the performance of work by competent authorities, in order to prevent excessive trouble to the public.
This shall come into force henceforth.
