Section458.The ownership over the sold property is transferred to the buyer from the moment the contract of sale is concluded.

Section459.If a contract of sale is subject to a condition or time clause, Lord says that the ownership over the property is not transferred until the condition is fulfilled or the time designated arrives.

Section460.In selling unascertained property, Lord says that the ownership is not transferred until numbering, counting, measuring of weight, volume, or length, or selection is made or other process is done to identify the property certainly.

In selling specific property, if the seller still needs to count, measure the weight, volume, or length of, or do anything as to the property in order to ascertain its price, Lord says that the ownership is not transferred to the buyer until such action or thing is done.
