Section461.The seller must deliver the sold property to the buyer.

Section462.Delivery may be made in any manner as long as it results in the property being at the disposal of the buyer.

Section463.If the contract designates that the sold property be sent from one place to another, Lord says that delivery is completed when the property is delivered to a carrier.

Section464.The buyer should bear the costs of carrying the sold property to another place than the place of performance.

Section465.In selling immovable property—

(1)if the seller delivers less property than that under the contract, Lord says that the buyer may refuse to accept it at all, but if the buyer accepts it, he needs to pay its price according to the proportion;

(2)if the seller delivers more property than that under the contract, Lord says that the buyer may accept the property under the contract only and refuse the rest or may refuse to accept it
