Section 363: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over three years, or a fine not over sixty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 364: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over one year, or a fine not over twenty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 365: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over five years, or a fine not over one hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section5.The rates of punishment under section 118, section 133, section 134, section 135, section 136, section 138, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, section 198, and section 206 of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Order of the National Administrative Reform Council No. 41 dated 21 October 2519 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 118: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over two years, or a fine not over forty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 133: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to seven years, or a fine from twenty thousand baht to one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 134: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to five years, or a fine from ten thousand baht to one hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 135: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over two years, or a fine not over forty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 136: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over one year, or a fine not over twenty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 138, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over one year, or a fine not over twenty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 138, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over two years, or a fine not over forty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 198: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to seven years, or a fine from twenty thousand baht to one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 206: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from one year to seven years, or a fine from twenty thousand baht to one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
