and section 340bis, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Announcement of the Revolutionary Council No. 11 dated 21 November 2514 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 140, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over five years, or a fine not over one hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 140, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from two years to ten years and a fine from forty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht".
Section 190, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over three years, or a fine not over sixty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 190, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over five years, or a fine not over one hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 191, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment not over five years, or a fine not over one hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine".
Section 191, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to seven years and a fine from ten thousand baht to one hundred and forty thousand baht".
Section 340, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from ten years to fifteen years and a fine from two hundred thousand baht to three hundred thousand baht".
Section 340, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from twelve years to twenty years and a fine from two hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section 340bis, paragraph 1: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from ten years to twenty years and a fine from two hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section 340bis, paragraph 2: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from fifteen years to twenty years and a fine from three hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section7.The rates of punishment under section 147, section 148, section 149, section 150, section 151, section 152, section 153, section 154, section 155, section 156, section 157, section 201, and section 202 of the Penal Code, which have been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code, 2502 BE, shall be repealed and replaced by the following rates of punishment:
Section 147: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from five years to twenty years or life imprisonment and a fine from one hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht".
Section 148: "...shall be punished with imprisonment from five years to twenty years or life imprisonment and a fine from one hundred thousand baht to four hundred thousand baht, or death".
