(2)a public place or place of religious respect;
(3)a forest;
(4)a place or floating house of any kind where goods and merchandise are kept or made;
(5)any other immovable property which does not belong to him;
Lord says that he be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment from ten years up to the whole life and a fine from a thousand baht up to ten thousand baht.
If the setting of this fire causes any person to die, Lord ordains that he be put to death or imprisoned for the rest of his life."
Section5.The provisions of section 187 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section187.Whoever causes fire to any property in such a manner likely to harm people or property over which another person has ownership or interest shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment from six months up to seven years and an additional fine from fifty baht up to a thousand baht.
