If, as a result of such act, danger occurs to people or to the immovable property as stated in section 186, Lord says that he be held guilty and be punished as prescribed in section 186.
Whoever prepares to set fire to such property as prescribed in section 185 or section 186 shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment from six months up to seven years and an additional fine of not over a thousand baht."
Section6.The provisions of section 203 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section203.Should anyone commit any of the offences hereinafter stated, namely—
(1)forgery of currency or alteration of currency;
(2)taking into the Kingdom of currency which he knows to have been forged or altered;
(3)utterance of currency which he knows to have been forged or altered, or possession of such article for utterance;
Lord says that he be punished with imprisonment from ten years up to the whole life and an additional fine from a thousand baht up to ten thousand baht or decupling the value of the forged or altered money, whichever is greater."
