Section7.The provisions of section 204 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:

"Section204.Whoever obtains forged or altered currency without the knowledge that it is so shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with any of the following three major and minor punishments, if he still utters it after having learnt the truth that it has been forged or altered: one is imprisonment of not more than ten years, one is a fine of not more than ten thousand baht or decupling the value of the forged or altered money, whichever is greater, the other is the imposition of both such imprisonment and fine."

Section8.The provisions of section 205 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:

"Section205.Whoever makes a tool or object of any kind which is intended for forgery of currency or alteration of currency, or appears to have such tool or object in his possession, shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment from five years to fifteen years and an additional fine from a thousand baht to ten thousand baht."

Section9.The provisions of section 210 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
