Therefore, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, He orders with His gracious pleasure that an Act be enacted as follows:

Section1.This Act shall be called the "Act for Repeal of the Royal Decree Proroguing the House of Representatives Dated 1 April 2476 Buddhist Era".

Section2.This Act shall come into application from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.

Section3.Repealed shall be the Royal Decree Proroguing the House of Representatives dated 1 April 2476 Buddhist Era.

Section4.As regards the other laws and ordinances which have been promulgated since that day on until now, they shall continue to be applicable until there are different provisions according to the constitutional process.

Announced on the 27th day of June 2476 Buddhist Era, being the 9th year of the present reign.
