2479 Buddhist Era, and the Amendment to the Elections Act, 2490 BE, save the prohibition under section 17(1) of the Amendment to the Elections Act, 2479 BE, (No. 3), 2479 Buddhist Era, shall apply to the elections of additional Members of the House of Representatives in full according to the stipulations of section 184.

Before there is the law on elections of Members of the House of Representatives in accordance with this Constitution, if an election of Members of the House of Representatives should take place, the provisions of the previous paragraph shall apply.

Section186.The Council of Ministers established in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim) shall, for the time being, remain in position to continue handling the public services of the State according to the policy addressed to the National Assembly, and shall vacate position upon assumption of duties by the additional Members of the House of Representatives elected according to the stipulations of section 184, and the provisions of section 148, paragraph 2, shall apply.

Section187.For[1] a period of thirty days reckoned from the day of coming into force of this Constitution, the provisions of section 143 shall not apply to the Ministers only in the event that they
