have committed since before the day of coming into force of this Constitution [certain] acts which fall under the prohibition of such section.
Section188.In the initial period, the National Assembly shall finish appointing the Members of the Constitutional Tribunal according to the stipulations of section 168 within a limit of thirty days reckoned from the day of opening of the first session after the day of coming into force of this Constitution.
The limit of days as said in the previous paragraph shall refer to the days during a session.
