The President of the House said: “Today, the President of the Constitution Drafting Subcommittee has proposed that the meeting discuss the constitution, of which the copies were distributed at the meeting no 34/2475. And in considering the constitution on this occasion, many Members have moved for amending words in various sections, as already printed and distributed for your general information. And in conducting the consideration on this occasion, will we discuss the constitution section by section or otherwise?”
The President of the Constitution Drafting Subcommittee stated: “The consideration should be done section by section, in accompany of which Members of the Subcommittee will provide explanations. And if a Member has submitted a motion for any section, the motion will be discussed at the same time.” Nai Sa-nguan Tularak seconded the section-by-section consideration.
