Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 270 and a new facility at McAlester, thence in a westerly direction over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. 270 west of McAlester.

To eliminate the U.S. 380 designation from the intersection of U.S. 380 and S.R. 24 at Old Glory to the intersection of present U.S. 380, U.S. 183, and U.S. 80 at Cisco. And to extend the designation of U.S. 380 over present S.R. 24 from Old Glory eastward through Rule, Haskell, Throckmorton, Newcastle, Graham, Jacksboro, Bridgeport, Denton and Greenville to the intersection with I 30 and U.S 67 east of Greenville.
