Establishment of U.S. Route 64 Bypass APPROVED AS RELOCATION OF U.S. ROUTE 64 (NO BYPASS DESIGNATION)	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 64 and a newly constructed facility east of Rocky Mount, then northwesterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 64 northwest of Rocky Mount.
Establishment of U.S. Route 64 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 64 and a newly constructed facility east of Rocky Mount, than northwesterly over present U.S. Route 64 to the intersection at the new facility northwest of Rocky Mount.
Extension of I-40 APPROVED	Designate as I-40 a new facility under construction between a point north of Wilmington and a point near Watha.
OKLAHOMA
Relocation of U.S. Route 62 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 62 and a new facility south of Tahlequah, then northeasterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 62 at Downing Street.
Relocation of U.S. Route 177 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 177 and State Road 160 south of Stillwater, then north and west over SR 160 to the intersection of present U.S. Route 177 north of Stillwater.
PENNSYLVANIA
Relocation of U.S. Route 422 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 422 and a new facility east of Pottstown, then southeasterly over the new facility to the intersection of U.S. Route 202 in King of Prussia.
Extension of I-79 APPROVED	Beginning at the present terminus of I-79 in Erie, then northwesterly over a new alignment to the intersection of State Road 5.
