Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 20 and I-380 and State Road 297, then westerly over I-380 for 5 miles to the intersection of a new facility, then westerly over the new facility for 23.9 miles to the intersection of State Road 14, then northerly over SR 14 for 7.1 miles to the intersection of present U.S. Route 20 east of Parkersburg.
