Relocation of U.S. Route 223 ACTION WITHHELD	Eliminate 1.22 miles of U.S. Route 223 between its terminus in Toledo and the intersection of U.S. Route 23 in Sylvania.

Relocation of U.S. Route 69 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 69 and a new facility southwest of Armstrong, then northeasterly over the new facility for 9.52 miles to the intersection of present U.S. Route 69.
