Tue Srxn of this Order, which is worn on the left side of the coat or cloak, consists of a St. Andrew’s cross, of silver embroidery, with lays emanating from between the points of the cross, in the rentre of which is a Thistle of green, heightened with gold, npon a field of gold, snrrounded by a circle of green, bearing the motto of the Order in gnlden characters. Tue BAnoE, on JeweL, worn pendent to the collar, or to a dark green ribbon over the left shonlder and tied omder the arm. It consists of a figore of St. Andrew, of gold enamelled, with his gown green and the onrcoat porple, bearing before him the cross, enamelled white, tho whole snrronnded by rays of gold in the form of a glory; the cross and feet resting npon the gronnd, of enamelled green.
