These beautiful reproductions of Mr. Petit's drawings are intended to accompany his '• Notes on Examples of Ecclesiastical Architecture in France," given in No. 33 of this Journal, page 14.5 — 147. The issue of the present Number has been unavoidably delayed in order to complete the Index of the ninth volume ; and every endeavour will be used to secure in future the more punctual delivery of the Quarterly Parts.
