Bound in white cloth with a wreath of roses in pink on the cover, and gold lettering on the cover and spine; gilt top. 203 numbered pages, 8½×11. There is a special edition bound in vellum with the same cover design as the cloth edition, but this edition has all edges gilt. Both editions have one full-page illustration by Arthur Rackham, and many other illustrations by members of The Society of Illustrators.
