Bound in vellum with gold pictorial stamping and lettering on the cover and gold lettering on the spine; gilt top. 125 numbered pages of printed matter and fifty full-page illustrations in colour mounted on brown paper. Size of page, 8¾×10¾. Limited to 500 copies, numbered and signed by the artist. Yellow silk ties.

There is a trade edition bound in brownish-red cloth with the same pictorial stamping on the cover in gold and gold lettering, the same number of illustrations mounted on dark-brown paper, the same number of pages. Size of page, 7¼×9¾.

American Edition: Bound in green cloth with same pictorial stamping and lettering in gold as the English edition; also, the same number of pages and the same number of illustrations mounted on dark brown paper. Size of the page, 7×9½. Published by Charles Scribner’s Sons, New York, 1906.
