There is a trade edition bound in gray with the same pictorial stamping in gold and the same number of illustrations mounted on tan paper. Size of page, 7⅞×10⅜. The book is dated 1913 on the reverse title page.

American Edition: This edition is the same as the English trade edition and was published by The Century Co., New York, 1913. Some of the American copies were bound in tan cloth.

Dutton, bound in blue cloth with the pictorial stamping and lettering all in black.
