There is a trade edition bound in gray cloth with pictorial stamping of a sampler in colour. The lettering is in red and blue on the cover, and blue lettering on the spine, with pictorial stamping in red and green. This edition has the same number of illustrations as the limited edition. The first issue has pictorial end-papers; the later issues, plain end-papers.
American Edition: Bound in black cloth with illustration from the book pasted on the cover and gold lettering on the cover and spine. Twelve full-page illustrations in colour and a title page of a sampler in colour that is not in the English editions. Sixty-seven drawings in black and white. Size of page, 7×9.
