This edition is limited to 300 numbered copies, not signed. Published by Brentano’s, New York, 1914. Yellow ribbon lacings and ties.

French Edition: This edition has the same binding as the English edition, the same number of plates also mounted in mats. Limited to 100 numbered copies. Published by Librairie Hachette & Cie., Paris, 1911.

Bound in green cloth with pictorial stamping on the cover and spine and gold lettering. 125 numbered pages, 8¼×10¾. Fifty full-page drawings in colour, and twelve black and white drawings in the text. This edition is a reprint from the 1906 edition and has a new coloured frontispiece and seven full-page black and white drawings that are not in the 1906 edition.

There is a de luxe edition bound in vellum with the same pictorial stamping in gold on the cover and spine and the same lettering. The illustrations are the same, with exception of pictorial end-papers that are not in the trade edition.
