Both bindings have green and white pictorial end-papers.

There is a trade edition bound in pictorial boards in orange and black, with orange and white lettering on the cover; the spine in orange cloth with black lettering and stamping. Same number of pages, size 7¼×10. The illustrations are the same, with exception of the extra coloured place that is only in the limited edition. This edition has the same pictorial end-papers and is dated 1919 on the reverse title page.

American Edition: This edition has the same binding as the English trade edition and the same number of illustrations. Published by J. B. Lippincott & Co., Philadelphia.

French Edition: CENDRILLON/D’APRES, CH. PERRAULT/AVEC ILLUSTRATIONS/PAR ARTHUR RACKHAM/PARIS: LIBRAIRIE HACHETTE. This edition is bound in white boards with the same pictorial stamping in gold on the cover and spine and gold lettering. It has the same number of illustrations as the limited English edition and is the same size. Limited to 500 numbered copies signed by the artist. There is also a trade edition with the same binding as the English trade edition and the same number of illustrations.

Bound in light blue cloth with pictorial stamping on the cover in black and black lettering on the cover and spine. 78 numbered pages, 7⅛×9½. Three full-page illustrations in colour and ten drawings in black and white. There was no limited edition of this book and no English edition.
