American Edition: Bound in light gray-blue cloth with paper label on the spine. Except for the binding, this book is the same as the English edition. Published by Doubleday, Page & Co., New York, 1929.

Bound in tan cloth with pictorial stamping in black and orange, lettering on the cover in orange and black and on the spine in black. 80 numbered pages, 6×8¼. Title page and three full-page illustrations in rose and greenish-blue, and twenty-six drawings in black and white. This book is dated on the reverse title page and was published only in America. The first edition in 1901 was illustrated by another artist.
