There is a trade edition bound in blue-green cloth with pictorial stamping in gold on the cover and spine and gold lettering; gilt top. This edition has the same umber of illustrations as the limited edition, but the pictorial end-papers are in two shades of green. Size of page, 7¼×9¾.

American Edition: This edition is the same as the English trade edition, and was published by Davil McKay Co., Philadelphia.

Bound in tan cloth with pictorial stamping in black and gold on the cover and gold lettering on the spine; gilt top. 128 numbered pages, 7½×11½. There are six full-page illustrations in black and white and fourteen smaller drawings—all in black and white. The title page and the frontispiece have drawings in a border in brown. This edition is limited to 1500 copies, signed by the artist. This was the only edition of this book with the Rackham illustrations.

This edition is limited to 570 copies, of which 550 are for sale, all signed by the artist.

There is a trade edition bound in pictorial wrappers with the same number of illustrations and the same pictorial end-papers. Size of page, 5¾×8¾.
