This edition is limited to 410 copies, of which 400 are for sale, all signed by the artist.

There is a trade edition bound in pictorial wrappers with the same number of illustrations and the same pictorial end-papers.

American Edition: Bound in red cloth with a pictorial panel pasted on the cover, lettering on the panel in black. This edition was published by J. P. Lippincott Co., Philadelphia. This edition has the same number of illustrations as the English edition.

There is a trade edition bound in red cloth with pictorial stamping on the cover and spine in tan and black, and black lettering. There are the same number of illustrations as are in the limited edition and the same pictorial end-papers. Size of the page, 5¾×8¾.
