*1683 A. Shepherds shave fool and cut his hair while he is asleep. He wakes up and does not recognize himself [J 2012]. He returns to his village and asks if he has arrived yet. B. Old woman sends husband to market to buy pig. She sews yellow patch on his pants so that he will not get lost. He sees another man with patch exactly like his. He returns home immediately and tells wife he thought he was not himself but now that he is home he realizes that he is himself [J 2012]. as 1. LRAC no 85.
