Upon the motion of Dr. W. L. Hildburgh, seconded by Col. W. Hanna, a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to the outgoing Members of Council, Miss Eyre, the Rev. H. N. Hutchinson, and Mr. W. W. Skeat.

By the President :— Old print of St. Oswald's Well, Oswestry; funeral hood from Edgmond, East Salop; stones from Woolston Well, Shropshire, supposed to be stained by the blood of St. Winifred ; ashen faggot from Devon- shire.
