that you call Neba, that you call Niba, that you call Ama (Cousin), you all say that they are very far apart. This marriage does not impede it. The Holy Church is mother to you all; journey by her will. By the most honored mercy of God, you have all been made Christians: this you all must do.

8 And of many of these impediments, (may be dipensed when), fathers, and other fathers having a license, may do so, (dispense), and create the marriage, a true marriage, is not stopped to each other, those which impede, the father doing miracles, or, another father having a license having (judged) that the aforementioned impediment is (null).
