Mr. Doty gave notice that, on tomorrow, he should ask leave to introduce a bill to establish a common school fund for the territory of Michigan.

Resolved, That the quartermaster general be directed to report to the Legislative Council the number and condition of all the arms belonging to the territory.
On motion of Mr. Bacon,
Resolved, That the directors of the Farmers and Mechanics' Bank of Michigan, and the Bank of River Raisin, be directed to furnish the Council a statement of the fiscal operations of the said institutions for the year 1833, agreeably to the sixth section of their respective charters; and that the Bank of Michigan be requested to furnish a like statement.
