13. Personal Names (인명)
Guidelines
(a) Separate a family name from a given name or pseudonym. In such cases, when a forename or pseudonym (호, 필명 etc.) is three syllables long, do not hyphenate it.

(b) When a forename or pseudonym (호, 필명 etc.) is not preceded by a family name, connect the syllables. In such cases, when the forename or pseudonym is more than three syllables long, attempt to create binaries without doing harm to the original meaning.
