the sake of Jesus’ name! "This prayer," he said, "we hear every Sunday in the churches, but unfortunately it usually goes by our ears, without being part of the prayer, and without thinking of our brothers and sisters down in Armenia, that are now suffering for the sake of Jesus.” He spoke warmly to the cause of the Armenians and it was easy to tell afterwards. Pastor Strand ended the meeting.

In Tønsberg, I lived with the dear friend of the Armenians Miss Sørensen, who for 14-15 years have worked for Armenia and has an association for young girls. Annually she sends approx. 1000 kr., this year there came 1200 kr. from this little association, which is vividly interested, and it is due to her, who knows how to maintain the interest in the cause, and above all carries it on the arms of prayer. We had a well-attended meeting in the chapel which I had to open myself, when the brother who was supposed to open was absent, but the Lord stood by and strengthened me.

In Sandefjord I spoke in the large youth hall, and it was so good to be allowed to testify for all these young people. Miss Bryn wants to start a small association for Armenia there.

Unfortunately, in Larvik, there are no more K. M. A. districts, only individual members. There was a good meeting in the youth association, including several children.

It was very lovely to be in the little K. M. A. district in Skien and being allowed to speak there, I immediately felt at home. The meeting at U. K. K. F. on Sunday was good and the interest was great. It was wonderful to see many young people belonging to the Lord. Mrs. Grung had for many years had a small "Daggry" in Skien, but as she was not strong enough to continue, it perished. Now another lady has started a new "Daggry", the head of K. M. A. wrote the other day, it was a joy to hear.

To Arendal I came in a terrible snow weather, but twice as well it was to be met with so much love by friends there. The same evening, we had a K. M. A. meeting with several missionaries. It was a lovely festive night with many friends, I told a lot from the work. Mrs. Holm collected a great deal afterwards.

The next evening meeting in the big chapel, which was completely full, a lot was collected. It was sad to be separated so soon, but the trip was arranged to reach as many places as possible.

With a small fun train with quite small wagons I steamed on. The friends prepared me for a 1-2-hour delay, but that didn't deter me. Despite all the persuasions, they did not get me to take the sea route, I have had enough of the sea going to Arendal. In Grimstad I was only one day, but how nice and quiet it was. I saw several of the K. M. A. sisters, but we could not get a meeting because I was there so briefly. The K. M. A. meetings are held regularly, and the love from the mission is great. The small district decided to support 1 child in Armenia. Miss Beylegaard has for several years had a children's association, where work is being done for the Lapps and the Armenians.

Pastor Grim initiated and ended the meeting in the chapel, which was crowded. There are extended hearts and great willingness to sacrifice in Grimstad. The next morning, I was still receiving gifts, big ones and small ones. Oh, how it touched me to see so much willingness to sacrifice! There is a great awakening among the youth. A couple of young boys, aged 16-17, came together night after night in the attic above the youth hall to ask for a revival, and now it had arrived. The spirit of God worked in the hearts of the congregation and many were awoken and converted. The young people testified with great boldness both at the meetings and at home and brought many with them.

The Missions love in Kristiansand is alive and there are many dear faithful friends who love the work for Armenia. The youth association was crowded, so many had to leave. Time and again I had to sigh for power and boldness to speak, and Lord gave it. It has been so good to feel how many K. M. A. sisters have joined in prayer, it made it easy to speak and testify at the meetings.
