Afterwards there were three who signed up to support a child. The next day we had a very nice K. M. A. party. There is life and warmth and a great willingness to sacrifice in K. M. A. in Kristiansand, I am always blessed to be there. One evening I got to speak for L. M. F., to whom the two upper classes of the teachers' school were invited.

On the way back I went to Kragerø, where we had a good meeting in the chapel, as well as a K. M. A. meeting. There is a lot of work for Armenia in my native city. There is a children's association of approx. 75 children, led by the teacher Mrs. Schilling, and an adult association, led by Miss M. Krogsrud. I have faithfully been supported in my work from Kragerø, and a lot is being collected at the annual lottery of the work of the children and the adults.

Later I was on a trip to Moss, where we had a good meeting in the chapel and to Horten, where there was a great interest in Armenia. Pastor Tangen suggested that one should immediately put one’s name on a list for the support of Armenian children, and there is now reported support for 5-6 children from Horten. Ms. Matzinger and several others work with great zeal and love and have formed an Armenia Committee.

It was very nice in Hortens K. M. A. district. Sister M. Blix and Miss J. Tønnesen decided to begin a "Daggry" at Horten and called it "Arschalius" - red sky at morning.

It is always good to come to Bergen. Pastor Dreyer was also this time kind to start and end the meeting in the great mission house. There were many people, approx. 800, and a lot of interest and willingness to sacrifice, one evening DKK 1100 was collected. At the cozy K. F. U. K.'s home, where I lived, we also had a K. M. A. and mission meeting, which was very blessed. Miss A. Stalheim decided to start an association with prayer and work for the missionary work in Armenia, in addition, Miss Mathilde Larsen leads a children's association there. It was wonderful to be with the sisters in Bergen.

I dreaded a bit to go to Trondhjem, but the Lord humbled me and gave the biggest benefit right there. Miss Tora Andersen had sent me a wonderful verse as a welcome greeting: "You should embrace the power of the Holy Spirit - and you must be my witnesses!" cur. 1, 8. and it strengthened me to receive it. We had two public meetings in Trondhjem, one in Ilen's chapel and one in the craftsman's room. Pastor Birger Hall was so kind to initiate and assist, and warmly speak of the Armenian cause.

The slides were absolutely beautiful in Trondhjem and helped to depict the people and the great need down there. The interest is alive up there, and there is eager work from several of K. M. A.'s members to advance the cause. We also had a really cozy and blessed K. M. A. meeting last night in Sister Pauline's little home, where I was shown so much love. Yes, it was wonderful to get up north, and that love for the Armenian orphans was awakened.

At Nyborg strand - at the Danish KMA's 20th anniversary party - it was decided that the three Nordic countries should join together in the work for Armenia under the "American boards" mission, but each of us must send out missionaries and pay the costs for them and our work. We may well have our own branch out there from Norway, and if the Lord prepares it we hope to have a small orphanage. We would like to make the friends aware that the two Danish sisters who have recently returned from Armenia report that the living conditions out there are a lot more expensive than before. A child's maintenance was previously calculated at 135 kroner a year, now the sisters must calculate 240 kroner a year and not 150 kroner as were expected.

Those friends who do not see themselves able to support a child completely
