cates or Attornies, ſo admitted and enrolled, ſhall be allowed to appear and plead, or act in the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-William in Bengal, for or on the Behalf of ſuch Suitor's, or any of them.

Fees to be ſettled by the Court, and approved by the Governor General and Council:And We do hereby further authorize and empower the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, a Fort-William in Bengal, to ſettle a Table of the Fees, to be allowed to ſuch Sherif, and all other the Officers, Clerks, and Attornies aforeſaid, for all and every Part of the Buſineſs, to be done by them reſpeccively; which Fees, when approved by the ſaid Governor and Council, to whom We hereby give Authority to review the ſame, the ſaid Sheriff and other Officers, Clerks and Attornies, ſhall and may lawfully demand and receive: And We do further authorize the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-William in Bengal, with the like Concurrence of the ſaid Governor and Council, from Time to Time, to vary the ſaid Table of Fees, as there ſhall be Occaſion: Copy thereof to be sent to Europe, with a Liſt of Officers, Clerks, &c.And it is Our further Will and Pleaſure, and We do hereby require and enjoin the ſaid Chief Juſtice, and the ſaid Puiſne Juftices, and each of them reſpectively, within One Year after theſe Our Letters Patent ſhall have been publiſhed, at Fort-William in Bengal aforeſaid, and within One Month from the ſaid ſettling, and Allowance of the ſaid Table of Fees, to certify, under their ſeveral Hands and Seals, and to tranſmit to Us, Our Heirs and Succeſſors, a full and true Account of the ſeveral Offices and Places, and Officers and Clerks, and of their Salaries, ſeverally and reſpectively, and a true Copy of the ſaid Table of Fees; together with the Approbation of the ſaid Governor and Council, and alſo any Variation of the ſaid Table, to be made as aſorefaid, within One Month after the ſame shall have been ſo varied:Table of Fees to be hung up in Court.And We further direct, ordain and appoint, that the ſaid Table, and the ſaid Alteration and Variations thereof, if any Alteration or Variation ſhall be made, ſhall be hung up in ſome conſpicuous Part of the Hall, or Place where the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort William in Bengal, ſhall be publickly holden.And
