XI. And alio it is enacted by the Authoiity aforcfaid, That the Lordfhip":, Towns, Parifhcs, Com- Towm annexed motes. Hundreds and Cantreds of Ofwefler, Whciington, Majbrakt, Knoking, Ellefmtr, Dcrwne, and Chur- '» ,hc County ot bury Hundred in the Marches of Wales aforcfaid, and every of them, and all and lingular Honours, Lord- ' ° r * fhips, Caftles, Manors, Towns, Hamlets, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments lying or being within the Compafs or Precinct of the faid Lordihips, Towns, Parifhcs, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds, or any of them, i« whole PofTeffion foever they be or (hall he, and every Part thereof, fhall (land and be for ever, from and after the faid Feafi of All- Saint s guildable, and fhall be united, annexed and joined to and with the County of Salop, as a Member, Part or Parcel of the fame; (2) and that the faid Lordfhips of or*eflre HVn- Qfwe/ier, IVhetington, Mafbroke and Knoking, with their Members, fhall be taken, named and known by dred in the the Name of the Hundred of Ofwefler in the County of Salop ; and the Inhabitants thereof fhall be atten- County of Salop, dant and do every Thing and Things at every Seflions, Aflifc and Gaol-delivery, to be holdcn within the County of Salop, as the Inhabitants of all other Hundreds do within the faid County of Salop, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (3) And that the Lordfhip of Ellefmcr, with the Members of the Ellefmtr in fame, fhall be united, joined and knit to the Hundred of Pymhill in the County of Salop, and fhall Pymhill Hun- bc taken, named and known to be Parcel of the fame Hundred; and the Inhabitants thereof fhall drcd - be attendant and do every Thing and Things with the Inhabitants of the faid Hundred of Pymhill, as the Inhabitants of the fame Hundred now do and life, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (4) And that the Lordfhip of D ovine, with the Members, fhall be united, joined and knit to the Hundred of Downe inClw- Churbury in the County of Salop; and that the Inhabitants of the faid Hundred of Cburbury and Lordfhip bur > Hundr « d » of Downe ihall be attendant and do every Thing and Things at every Seflions, Affife and Gaol-delivery, to be holdcn within the laid County of Salop, as the Inhabitants of all other Hundreds do within the laid County of Salop, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (5) And that the faid Hundred of Chur bury, after the faid Feaft of All-Saints, nor the faid Hundred of Ofwefler, nor yet the Lordfhip of Ellefmtr, fhall be in no wife otherwife privileged, nor have no other Liberty nor Privilege, but as Hun- dreds united, annexed and knit to the faid County of Salop, as other Hundreds be within the faid County. XII. And that the Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds of Eivyas Lacy, Towns annexed Eivyas Harold, Clifford, Wynforton, Yerdejley, Huntington, Whytney, Wwmore, Logharneys and Stepulton, t0 tl,e County in the faid Marches of Wales, and every of them, and all and lingular Honours, Lordfhips, Caftles, Ma- ofH «' :forii » nors, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, lying or being within the Compafs or Precinft of the laid Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds, or any of them, in whofe PofTeflion foever they be or fhall be, and every Part thereof, fhall ftand and be for ever, from and after the faid Feaft of All-Saints, guildable, and fhall be united, annexed and joined to and with the County of Hereford, as a Member, Part or Parcel of the fame County of Hereford; (2) and that the Lordfhips of Wyg more and Logharneys, with their Members, fhall be taken, named and known by the Name of the Hundred of Wyg- morc in the County of Hereford aforefaid ; and that the Inhabitants thereof fhall be attendant and do every Thing and Things at every Seflions, Affife and Gaol-delivery, to be holden within the faid County of He- reford, as the Inhabitants of all other Hundreds do within the faid County of Hereford, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (3) And that the whole Lordfhip of Ewyas Lacy, with the Members, ihall be taken, named and known by the Name of the Hundred of Eivyas Lacy within the faid County of Hertford; and the Inhabitants thereof fhall be attendant and do every Thing and Things at every Seflions, Affile and Gaol-delivery, to be holden within the faid County of Hereford, as the Inhabitants of all other Hundreds do within the faid County of Hereford, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (4) And that the Lordfhip of Eivyas Harold, with the Members, fhall be united, joined and knit to the Hun- dred of Webtree in the faid County of Hereford, and fhall be taken, named and known to be Parcel of the faid Hundred of Webtree ; and the Inhabitants thereof fhall be attendant and do every Thing and Things with the Inhabitants of the fame Hundred of Webtree, as the Inhabitants of the fame Hundred now do, ac- cording to the Laws of this Realm of England. (5) And that the Lordfhips of Clifford, Wynforton, Yerdef- ley, Whitney and Huntington, with their Members, fhall be taken, named and known by the Name of the Hundred of Huntington, within the County of Hereford aforefaid, and that the Inhabitants thereof fhall be attendant and do every Thing and Things at every Seflions, Affife and Gaol-delivery, to be holden within i the faid County of Hereford, as the Inhabitants of all other Hundreds do within the laid County of Here- ford, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (6) And that the faid Hundred of Wygmore, with the Members, and the faid Hundred of Ewyas" Lacy, and the faid Hundred of Huntington, and the faid Lordfhip of Ewyas Harold, annexed unto the Hundred of Webtree, after the faid Feaft of Ail-Saints, fhall I be in no wife otherwife privileged, nor have no other Liberty, Franchifes, nor Privilege, but as Hundreds- • united and annexed to the faid County of Hereford, and as other Hundreds be within the faid County of Hereford. lis XIII.
