And that the Lordfhips, Towns and Parifhes of Wollajlone, Tidnam and Beck/ay, in the faid Marches Marches of f ^?/ Wj ant J all Honours, Lordfhips, Catties, Manors, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, lying or to the County of being between Cbepjhw Bridge in the faid Marches of Wales and Glouceflerjhire, in whofe PofTeffion foever Gloucefier. they be or fhall be, and. every Part thereof, {hall ftand and be guildable from and after the faid Feaft of All- Saints, and fhall be united, annexed and joined to and with the faid County or Shire of Gkucejlcr, as.a Member, Part or Parcel of the fame. (2) And that the faid Lordfhips, Towns and Parifhes of Wollafione, Tidnam and Bechky, and all Honours, Lordfhips, Caftles, Manors, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, lying or being between Chepjhvj Bridge and the Shire of Gloucejler as is aforefaid, fhall be united, joined and knit to the Hundred of Wejebery within the faid Shire of Ghucejler, and fhall be taken, named and known to be Part and Parcel of the fame Hundred, and the Inhabitants thereof fhall be attendant and do every Thing and Things with the Inhabitants of the faid Hundred of Wefebery, as the Inhabitants of the fame Hundred now do, according to the Laws of this Realm of England. (3) And that the faid Lordfhips of Wollajlone, Tidnam and Becheley, after the faid Feaft of All-Saints, fhall be in no wife privileged, nor have any other Liberty, Franchife, ne Privilege, but as Parcel of the faid Hundred of Wejebery, in the faid County of Gloucejler. Towns annexed XIV. And that the Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds of Gowerkilvy, to the County BiJIiops Town, Laniaffe, Singhnithe fupra, Singbnitbe fubtus, Mafkin, Ogmore, Glynerotheney, Tallagarneyi Glamorgan. p_ u tbien, Tallavan, Lanblctbyan, Lantzuid, Tyeryal, Avan, Nethe, Landewey, and the Clays in the faid Coun- try of Wales, and every of them, and all Honours, Lordfhips, Caftles, Manors, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, lying or being within the Compafs or Precinct of the faid Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds, or any of them, in whofe PofTeffion foever they be or fhall be, and . every Part thereof, fhall ftand and be guildable for ever from and after the faid Feaft of All-Saints, and fhall be united, annexed and joined to and with the County of Glamorgan, as a Member, Part or Parcel of the fame, (z) And that the faid Shire of Glamorgan and Mordonnoke, and all the aforefaid Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds, united and annexed to the faid County of 'Glamorgan, fhall from and after the faid Feaft of All-Saints be reputed, named, ■ accepted and known by the Name and Shire of Glamorgan only, and by none other Name. Juftice executed XV. And that the Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hundreds and Cantreds of Lancmthevery, to the County of Abermerlefe, KedweSy, Efkenning, Gornewolthou, Newcaftle, Emel, Abergoyly, in the faid Country of Wales, Kayermanhen. and every of them, and all Honours, Lordfhips, Caftles, Manors, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, lying or being within the Compafs or Precind: of the faid Lordfhips, Towns, Parifhes, Commotes, Hun- dreds and Cantreds, or any of them, in whofe PofTeffion foever they be or fhall be, and every Part thereof, fhall ftand and be guildable for ever, from and after the faid Feaft of All-Saints, and fhall be united, an- nexed and joined to and with the County of Kayermartben, as a Member, Part or Parcel of the fame ; (2) and thatfiom and after the faid Feaft of All- Saints, Juftice fhall be miniftred and executed to the King's Subjects and Inhabitants of the faid County of Kayermartben, according to the Laws, Cuftoms and Statutes of this Realm of England, and after no Weljh Laws, and in fuch Form and Fafhion as Juftice is miniftred and ufed to the King's Subjects within the three Shires of North Wales.
