And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every Sheriff and Sheriffs of Wales and of e yery of the faid Counties of Wales, and of the Counties Palatine of Chejler, and of the City of Chejler chcflTfkdl aforefaid, fhall have in every of the faid Courts of the King's Bench and of the Common Place one fuffi- have Deputies cient Deputy at the leaft, to receive all Writs directed to fuch the Sheriff or Sheriffs for whom the fame in the King's Deputy or Deputies fhall be appointed, in like Manner and Form, and upon like Pains, as by the former Bench and Com- Statutes and Laws of this Realm other Sheriffs of other Shires or Counties within this Realm of England mon Place. (2) And that all Writs of Proclamation aforefaid fhall be delivered unto every fuch Deputy of Record in the fame Courts ; (3) and alio like Fees fhall be paid for making every fuch Writ of Proclamation, and for enrolling the fame of Record, as is limited in the faid Statute made in the faid fixth Year of the Reign of our faid late Sovereign Lord King Henry the Eighth. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Perfon dwelling in any of the cefs againft any faid Counties of Wales, after the aforefaid firft Day of April, fhall be outlawed in any Suit or Action afore- Perfbn outlawed fej^ That then Writs of Special Capias idlagatum, fingle Capias utlagatum, non mole/land' and all other trefted. Procefs, for or againft any Perfon outlawed, fhall and may from henceforth be directed to the Sheriff of any of the faid Counties in Wales, as immediate Officers to the King's faid Courts of the King's Bench, or Com- mon Place in that Behalf: (2) And that every fuch Writs may be delivered of Record to the Deputy of fuch of the faid Sheriffs to whom any fuch Writ or Procefs fhall be directed, and that every fuch Sheriff fhall make Execution 'and Return of every fuch Writ or Procefs to him directed, upon like Pain and Penalty as is above limited. The Sheriffs V. And be it further enacted and eftablifhed. That if any fuch Writ or Writs of Proclamation hereafter Forfeiture for directed to any of the Sheriffs of any of the faid Shires in Wales, or Counties Palatine of Chejler, or of the not returning of City of Chejler, be delivered unto any of the faid Sheriffs for the Time being, or to his or their Deputy, in a Wnt of Pro- ]y[ anner an d Form aforefaid, and the fame Sheriff or Sheriffs do not make true Return of every fuch Writ c ama 1 n. ^ ^y r j tg G f -p ro clamation, into fuch Court and Courts out of which the faid Writ or Writs of- Proclama- tion fhall be awarded ; that for every fuch Default or Non-return, every fuch Sheriff for the Time being fhall lofe and forfeit five Pound ; the one Half thereof fhall be to our Sovereign Lord the King, his Heirs and Succeffors, the other Half to any fuch Perfon or Perfons as will fue for the fame in an Action of Debt grounded upon this Act, in any of the King's Courts of Record, wherein no Effoin, Protection or Wager' of Law fhall be allowed or admitted. A Refeivation of VI. Provided always, That this Act, or any Thing therein contained, fhall not in any wife extend or other Liberties De prejudicial to the fame Counties of Wales, or to the fame Counties Palatine of Chejler, or of the City in Wales, &c. of Chejler, for or concerning fuch Liberties, Franchifes or Privileges, as belong to them or any of them, or to any Miniffers or Officers of them or any of them, otherwife or in any other Manner, than by the true Meaning of this Act is before provided and declared ; any Thing in this Act mentioned to the con- trary notwithftanding. The Liberties of VII.
