And that all IVelJb Frizes, which after the Feaft aforefaid fhall be made and wrought within the Shires of Cardigan, Caerrnarthen and Pembroke, or any of them, or elfewhere of like making, ready to be fold for a whole Piece, fhall contain in Length at the Water, fix and thirty Yards at the moll, Yard and Inch of_the Rule, and in Breadth three Quarters of a Yard; and being fo fully wrought fhall weigh every' whole h'iece xlviij. 1. at the leaft; and every half Piece of Welfo Frizes being fully wrought as aforefaid, fhall contain in Length, Breadth and Weight after the fame Rate. iToithcrn Cloth.
