And where in the Seffion of a Parliament ended at Wejiminjier in the firft Day of February in the fourth Year of the Reign of our faid late Sovereign Lord King Edward the Sixth, one Act was made con- cerning the Buying and Selling of Rother-Beafts. VIU. And alfo one other Act was then and there likewife made, intituled, An Atl for Buying and Selling 1 'he End of the laft Parliament of our faid ime the fame were likewife for Defect of its. IX. And where alfo an Act was made in the firft Seffion of the faid Parliament, holden in the fifth Year of her Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Atl for the Maintenance and Increafe of Tillage. ' X. And one other Act then alfo made, intituled, An Act for the Relief of the Poor: Which were to endure to the End of the next Seffion of the fame Parliament, and then alfo in the End of the faid Parlia- ment difcontinued and loft their Force and Effect, for Defect of further Continuance. ' XI. And where alfo in the Parliament begun and holden at Wejiminjier in the twenty-third Day of January in the firft Year of the Reign of the Queen's Majefty that now is, and there continued by Proro- gation un il the Diffolution thereof, one Act was then and there made, intituled, An Ail for the Prefer- vation of Spawn and Fry of Fijh ; Which Act was to endure to the End of the next Parliament, and then in the fame next Parliament was not any further continued, and fo likewife loft its Force and Effect. ' XII. Forafmuch as all the faid f veral Acts and every of them laft recited, do feem by Trial and Ex- perience of them hitherto had, to be good, profitable and neceffary for the common Wealth of this Realm, and therefore to be revived and to have yet further Continuance :' (2) Be it therefore enacted by our faid overeign Lady the Queen's Majefty, with the Affent of the faid Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and the Commons, in this prefent t arliament affembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That all the faid laft mentioned Acts and every of them, and all the Articles, Claufes, and Provifions in them and every of them contained, fhall be likewife revived, and fhall from henceforth continue and endure in full Force and Effect until the End of the next Parliament. ' XIII. Aind where alfo one Act, intituled, An Atl for the Making of Gaols in divers Shires of this Realm, was made in the aforefaid Parliament begun and holden in the third Day of November in the * one and twen- tieth Year of the Reign of our faid late Sovereign Lord King Henry the Eighth, and fithence by divers Acts continued until the Death of the fame late King; (2) and after in the laft Seffion of the Parliament begun and holden upon Prorogation at Wejlminfler the four and twentieth Day of Otlober in the firft Year of the Reign of our faid late Sovereign Lady Queen Mary, the fame Act, and all Claufes and Sentences therein contained, was then made to continue and endure until the End of ten Years then next enfuing the End of the fame Parliament ; (3) which Act afterwards in the firft Seffion of Parliament begun and holden at Wejlminfler the twelfth Day of January in the fifth Year of the Reign of our faid Sovereign Lady the Queen's Majefty that nowis, and there by Proroga ion continued until the Diffolution thereof, was by one Act then and there made and intituled, An Atl for the Reviving of a Statute made Anno vicefimo tertio Henrici Otlavi touching the Repairing of Gaols, made to continue and endure in full Force and Effect, and to be obferved and kept in all Things, unto the End and Term often Years next enfuing the laft Day of the fame Parliament, and was alfo by the faid Act made in the fame fifth Year of her Majefty's Reign, in certain Points and Articles enlarged, as by the faid Act more fully appeareth : (4) And forafmuch as the faid Acts made in the faid one and twentieth Year of the Reign of the faid late King Henry the Eighth, and in the faid Seffion of Parliament holden in the fifth Year of our faid Sovereign Lady the Queen's Majefty that now is, touching the Making and Repairing of Gaols, are thought to be very good and beneficial for the commonWealth of this Realm, and do not yet extend to the County of Cambridge : (5) Be it therefore enacted, That the faid Acts fhall extend to the faid County of Cambridge, and to and for the Making and Repairing of Gaols in the fame County, in all and every Thing and Article, as fullv and in as ample Manner and Form, as the fame Acts and either of them, do extend to the Counties and Gaols in them and either of them fpecially mentioned, and as though the faid County of Cambridge, and the Gaol in the fame County, had been in the fame Acts and either of them fpecially mentioned : (6) And that the faid Acts, and every Claufe, Sentence andProvifion in them and either of them contained, fhall continue and endure, and be obferved in all Things, as well within the faid County of Cambridge, as in other the Counties or Shires in the fame Acts and in either of them fpecified, for ten whole Years next enfuing the End andDe- termination of the ten Years mentioned in the faid Act made in the faid fifth Year of the Reign of our faid Sovereign Lady the Queen's Majefty that now is. EXP- ' XIV. And where in the firft Seffion of the Parliament begun and holden at Wejlminfler in the faid fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady the Queen's Majefty that now is, and from thence continued by Prorogation until the Diffolution thereof, one Act was then and there made, intituled, An Atl Jor the Avoiding of divers foreign Wares made by Handier aftfmen beyond the Seas ; (2) and one other Act, intituled, An Ail for the Punijhmcnt of fitch Perfons as Jhould procure or commit any wilful Perjury ; which Acts were limited to endure to the End of the next Parliament : ' XV. And where alfo in the laft Seffion of the fame Parliament holden by Prorogation at Wejiminjier in the eighth Year of the Reign of the Queen's moft excellent Majefty that now is, one Act was then and there made, intituled, An Atl for Bowyers, and the Prices of Bows, and was made to continue to the End of the fi >ft Seffion of the then next Parliament : ' XVI. And alfo withal one other Act then made, intituled, An Atl for the Prefervation of Grain, and
